For the last five years, a group of Chicago-area chefs, grocers, craft brewers and wine makers have been gathering at Faith's Farm, near Kankankee, to experience what farm-to-table really means. This includes the butchering and processing of a hog from start to finish, which offers people a different look at where food really comes from.
